Phil has spent his entire 50 year working life in the construction industry, having started on site at the very bottom. A passionate believer in collaborative working, Phil was the curator of CCM’s unique PROJECT first approach.
Phil’s Interests: Phil is married with three children and six grandchildren. Hobbies? You must be joking!
Managing Director
As someone who thrives on the cut and thrust of construction Tony has always enjoyed working on large process projects. Now in his 30th year Tony is pioneering CCM’s vision of becoming the first carbon neutral construction business.
Tony’s Interests: Tony enjoys spending time with his wife and dogs in their fabulous home in Italy (no, we’re not jealous).
Finance Director
A London trained Chartered accountant with 30 years as a Finance Director David has specific expertise in the construction and property sectors and is key in CCM’s growth strategy.
David’s Interests: Outside of the office David is a keen surfer and can often be seen surfing in North Devon (the other life of an accountant).
Operations Director
Chris is a dynamic, proactive Operations Director. His grass roots experience enables him to motivate the entire team from the client to the designer and all stakeholders. With previous senior roles at Balfour Beatty and Evolution 5, Chris is a safe pair of hands.
Chris’ Interests: Chris loves to push life to the full and he attributes this to his three kids under 10 (good luck Chris!)
