Project Overview

CCM managed all aspects of the civil works (piling, bunker, concrete, steel structures, envelope, building services, fire systems, internal fit out, external works, interface management, quality control, etc) from the enabling works and we are currently in the civils construction phase of the project. The enabling works required ground remediation using a cement/lime soil mixing to provide a stable construction platform.

We also managed the ground contaminated with hydrocarbons to ensure the local environment was protected. Currently the building envelope, building services, fire protection systems and the internal fit out of the control room, electrical rooms and office accommodation are being constructed.

The flexibility of our approach means the project is anticipated to complete on time. To date, no RIDDOR accidents have occurred.
