Project Overview

CCM managed the complete site set-up, early works and full civil works (piling, bunker, concrete, steel structures, envelope, building services, internal fit out, external works, interface management, quality control etc) and interfaces with process from NTP to project completion.

We managed all of the heavy lift requirements for the process installation on a site crossed with 132KV overhead power lines and next to the London to Penzance main railway line. This included all aspects of the project health and safety management including the process installation.
